All the conditions are in place for a wonderful vacation in this gîte, entirely designed and fitted out for your comfort: spacious living room, large bedrooms, tastefully decorated, numerous board games and good books at your disposal, as well as a terrace and deckchairs outside.
For all your local outings, the center of Pleurtuit is just 500 m away! In need of some exercise? If so, you're in the right place, with fishing and water sports just around the corner. Get on your bike and, 100 m away, take the greenway from Dinard to Dinan for a nature walk! The Emerald Coast and its treasures await you: the Pointe de Cancaval, the Rance estuary and its tide mills 5 km away, Dinard and its sandy beaches 6 km away, the corsair town of Saint-Malo 15 km away, the medieval town of Dinan 17 km away, Cancale and its oyster beds 30 km away, Cap Fréhel 35 km away and, of course, the unmissable Mont-Saint-Michel and its bay 53 km away.
This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests.
This fully-equipped gîte is arranged over two levels.
On the first floor :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and Gllum is cool lounge
- separate toilet
First floor:
- bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and sitting area
- bedroom with three 90 x 200 cm beds, two of which can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm bed
- a shower room with WC
Outside:
- Garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs, plancha and barbecue
Parking on the property (enclosed courtyard, shared with the owners). On request, floor racks are available for parking bicycles in the courtyard.

Chrystelle Très bon séjour
Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires, maison très propre, très bien aménagée, très bien équipée, très bien située, très facile d'accès. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, un grand merci à M et Mme Mary pour leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce petit coin de paradis.

Odon Formidable !
Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans ce gîte. Très bien équipé, on s'y sent tout de suite "comme à la maison".
Très calme, proche du centre-ville de Pleurtuit, avec un grand supermarché proche (rayon poissons crustacés super !)
Les propriétaires qui habitent dans la maison mitoyenne sont très discrets.
Pleurtuit est très bien situé pour visiter toute la côte d'Emeraude, et la superbe cité de Dinan. Nous recommanderions ce gîte sans aucune hésitation !- Cleanliness

Très bon accueil de la sympathique propriétaire qui n'est pas avare de conseils sur les sorties à faire dans le coin. Logement très propre, confortable et au calme. Egalement très bien situé : proche de Dinard, Saint-Briac, etc. et à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Pleurtuit. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte :-)

Gîte à proximité de plusieurs grands sites, très calme, avec absolument tout le confort, literie de grande qualité,Mm Mary quelqu'un de très sympathique à l écoute, disponible, nous a très bien guidé. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Encore merci à vous et votre mari pour le soin que vous avez apporté à l aménagement de qualité de ce gîte et à son entretien tout était NICKEL. Futurs locataires n hésitez pas.
