Come and discover this small character house located in a quiet area close to the shopping district of Paramé in Saint-Malo.

This town gîte is set back from the street, at the back of the courtyard of the owners' house. Volumes under the roof and large bay windows give this new house lots of charm and light. You'll appreciate the enclosed private outdoor space with awning and enclosed terrace facing south-west. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the bed is made up on arrival and towels are provided. Here you can do everything on foot: you're within easy reach of the Paramé shopping district, the Rochebonne and Sillon beaches and the Thermes Marins.

The gîte is on one level:
- a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge (decorative fireplace not in use),
- bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed,
- a bathroom with shower
- separate WC.
Parking in enclosed courtyard with electric gate.
