30 km south of Rennes, 7 km from Lohéac (racetrack and automobile museum), the Étang du Val Holiday cottage welcomes you to its large wooded property with pond, in a peaceful, privileged natural setting. Fully equipped to welcome groups of guests, this detached house offers vast spaces to share for meals and relaxation: a large convivial table overlooking the Forest, a bright and cosy living room with a billiard table. Whatever the season, you'll enjoy the serenity of this place while soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi amid the trees. A swing will entertain the youngest guests. Fishing is available on site. Paddles, a sound system and a boules pitch are also available. For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, bathrobe per adult extra (€3/person), baby equipment on site.
First floor: a spacious 44 m² kitchen with dining area opening onto a terrace, a 60 m² living room with pool table, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed and two 90X200 beds that can be converted into a double bed, a shower room, a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 and two Bunk beds 90x190, one bedroom with one bed 160x200 and one bed 90x190, two bedrooms with one bed 160x200 each, one shower room, one bathroom, two separate WCs. Parking on the property. CHARGES IN ADDITION.

Morgane Idéal pour un week-end en groupe
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans ce logement ! La maison est spacieuse, bien isolée des voisins, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement en toute tranquillité. La literie est confortable. L’espace extérieur est très agréable et parfaitement adapté pour les séjours en groupe. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Sandrine Semaine au calme à la campagne
Plusieurs coups de cœurs au cours de ce séjour d'une semaine: le cadre boisé et la vue sur la Nature depuis l'intérieur, la sérénité de l'environnement, la table pour une quinzaine de personnes pur des échanges chaleureux, le billard et le jacuzzi pour s'amuser et se détendre, la déco actuelle du gîte, l'accueil agréable de la propriétaire et son sens du détails qui fait toute la différence.

Week end entre amis dans un cadre parfait: forêt, etang, jacuzzi.... Il y en a pour tout le monde.
La saison un peu humide fait que la maison l'était un peu aussi mais rien de quoi altérer ce beau week end.
Patricia est disponible et répond rapidement à nos demandes.
