Situated just 5 km from Saint-Malo and Cancale, along the coastal road that links these two must-see destinations on the Emerald Coast, this gîte, completely renovated in 2023, awaits you for quality stays with friends and family. Each of the five bedrooms has its own private bathroom and is ideally appointed for comfort and privacy. The house, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, offers a spacious living room with a large table for convivial moments. The terrace, equipped with outdoor tables, overlooks a large property planted with trees and flowers, comprising a courtyard, a lawn garden and a meadow area.
On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, there's a 70 m² living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room with WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, its own shower room and separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its own shower room and toilet, a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds that can be converted into a double bed on request, its own shower room and separate toilet, a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds and its own shower room, a separate toilet on the landing. Fafa joyeuse semaine
Très beau gîte propre, grand , très bien équipé ,fonctionnelle où tout un chacun à son intimité ,bien situé dans un charmant village près des villes de ST Malo, Cancale et bien sur le Mt St Michèl, pour conclure ce gite à tout pour plaire, le petit plus ce sont les crêpes de Maryline .Séjour parfait .

Guillaume Magnifique gîte idéalement placé
Le gîte est spacieux et très confortable, parfaitement équipé.
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec des petites intentions qui font toujours plaisirs.
Le gîte est parfaitement situé entre Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinan et Dinard. Le sentier des douaniers passe à 200 mètres et une magnifique plage se trouve à 500m- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans une maison très agréable. Maryline nous a en plus gâtés avec de succulentes crêpes ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir aussi bien pour profiter de la superbe région que du gîte !
