Spacious and well-appointed, this vacation rental has it all! Accessible to people with reduced mobility, it has Tourisme et Handicap certification and a swimming pool shared with the owners, who have their own home next door. You'll also enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers for your moments of relaxation. This gîte is the ideal starting point for your tourist and seaside escapades: 5 kilometers away, stroll through the streets of Saint-Suliac, one of France's most beautiful villages, admire the Rance estuary, stroll through the streets of Intra-muros in Saint-Malo, 13 kilometers away, or explore the large, beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Émeraude.
The gîte is organized over 2 levels, and the first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility (marked Tourisme et Handicap).
On the first floor :

- bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed
- private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
First floor:
- two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed

For your comfort, bed linen is provided and beds made up on arrival.

Prestations idéales ; literie parfaite, équipements nombreux et modernes, chambres bien aménagées et sanitaires neufs. Disposition idéale des pièces. Maison ancienne restaurée avec goût. Séjour très agréable et ressourçant
5/5Un gîte situé au coeur d'un petit village, au bout d'une petite allée, au calme.
Il est superbement bien situé : 5 mns de St Malo, 15 mns de Dinard et 30 mns du Mont St Michel.
Le gîte est très spacieux avec un équipement moderne, une bonne literie.
Labellisé tourisme et handicap avec une grande chambre et sa salle de bains attenante toute équipée était pour nous un très gros plus.
Des propriétaires accueillants, aux petits soins et à la fois très discrets.
