On the Rennes-Saint-Malo axis, ideally located at the crossroads of Dinan (12 km), Combourg (15 km), Dol de Bretagne (23 km) and the Cité Corsaire (26 km), this gîte was completely renovated in 2020 and is housed in a 17th-century granite house of character in the heart of the village. Exposed stone walls and beams lend a warm, authentic atmosphere to a comfortably furnished and equipped interior. Set in its own grounds with lawn and secured on the street side by a low wall and gate, you'll appreciate the proximity of services and shops.
First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting room with wood-burning stove, utility room with sink, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160X200 bed, one bedroom with two 90X190 beds, shower room with WC. Parking on the property.

Séjour très agréable et qui a totalement répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons pu rassembler notre famille autour d'un bon petit feu de cheminée et de profiter de la région. L'accueil des propriétaires est particulièrement sympathique.

Lynne A very enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here in la Forge. We found it very relaxing and there were many attractions to see in the neighbourhood and a little further away. The hostess, Catherine, was very friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this gite without any hesitation!

Aramis Très beau gîte chargé d'histoire !
Très beau gîte, spacieux, bien équipé, très propre dont ma longue histoire est bien mise en valeur par les propriétaires.
Il est, de plus, bien situé dans le bourg et proche de très beaux sites.

Nous sommes revenus avec plaisir dans ce gîte où l'accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique.
Le gîte est confortable sous tout point de vue : propreté, équipement, décoration...
Il est de surcroît bien situé, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques du Pays de la Rance.
