Situated in a cul-de-sac near the owners' home, this gîte welcomes you to a rural setting ideal for rest and relaxation. You'll enjoy the comfort of a spacious, bright living room divided into different areas: an open-plan kitchen at the front of the property with a garden table, a well-appointed dining room opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a cosy lounge with a large library for your reading pleasure. You're 9.5 km from the Etang du Boulet leisure park, a protected natural area classified Natura 2000, with a lake, numerous water sports activities and a swimming beach.
First floor: entrance hall, living room with TV, dining room, kitchen, shower room with WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a toilet (washbasin and WC). Parking in front of the house.

Muriel roullet Charmant gîte
Séjour au calme dans ce charmant gîte. Bien équipé et fonctionnel, bien placé également, ce qui nous a permis de decouvrir la région ( St malo est à 30 km) les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles et je les en remercie encore . On espere avoir l occasion de revenir.

We love France A pleasant stay in Dinge
Perfect for the two of us who wanted to stay near friends for a month. Spacious with a nice terrace area. Might be small for 5 though, particularly the kitchen, and there is no dish washer. There were no bins specifically for the property which was very inconvenient.

Un très agréable séjour dans ce gite accueillant. Bonne literie, cuisine très bien équipé, jeux, infos: tout est là.
Un petit barbecue rendrait la terrasse plus que parfaite mais je pinaille...

Le séjour aurait été parfait si la météo avait été plus clémente, mais tout s'est bien déroulé . Les propriétaires sont disponibles, attentifs aux besoins et témoignent de gentilles attentions.

Les normands Un point de départ idéal !
Séjour au calme (la route bordant le gîte n'est pas un problème car peu fréquentée). Gîte très fonctionnel et confortable. Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles si besoin et discrets. Point de départ idéal pour voir Combourg, Dol de Bretagne et le Mont Dol, Saint-Suliac, Bazouges la Pérouse, Bécherel, Hédé Bazouges et ses écluses,.......... à pied (nombreuses documentation dans le gîte) ou à vélos (abri mis à disposition). Quant à Dingé, c'est un village avec boulangerie, épicerie et boucherie charcuterie à moins de 2 kms du gîte.
