This pleasant, enclosed property comprises a large gîte for 10 people, with a large living area for organizing meals with family and friends, and a second house that can accommodate 8 people, providing a pleasant distribution of bedrooms and bathroom facilities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all. You'll enjoy an outdoor space with garden tables, a relaxation area, and a lawn with games (basketball hoop).
First house: Ground floor: a large 65 m² living room with kitchen and two dining tables seating 10, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility with WC and a separate WC with washbasin. First floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160X200 bed, two bedrooms, each with two 90X190 beds, a bathroom and a separate WC with washbasin.
Second house: Ground floor: living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed and a toilet area with washbasin, separate WC. Five-car parking available on the property and in the street (free). 600-meter walk to the Coglé'o aquatic center (public swimming pool).

Marielle et Maxime Grand gîte pratique pour réunions de famille
Le gîte (composé de deux maisons) est situé dans un endroit très calme, avec quelques places pour se garer devant, et dans la cour intérieure. Ce n'est pas ultra clean en arrivant, on a dû nettoyer les tables et le frigo, mais ce n'est pas horrible non plus. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, le nôtre était trop mou, et un de nos invités a eu le souci inverse. Ça passe pour un week-end, ceci dit.
Nous avons organisé notre mariage là-bas, nos témoins et nous-même logions dans le gîte, et le repas s'est fait dans la plus grande des deux maisons, où deux immenses tables ont suffit pour 30 personnes (seulement 25 chaises, par contre, mais on a fait un apéro dinatoire donc on a pu utiliser les canapés ou rester debout). Le jardin était également très agréable, avec à nouveau toutes les commodités pour s'y installer, et deux autres tables. Les invités ont également beaucoup apprécié le baby foot situé dans la plus petite maison.
En somme, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Gite spacieux et bien équipé pour une famille nombreuse. Lz propriétaire à ete très ponctuel à
