An ideal base for discovering the many facets of the northern tip of Finistère. Just 400m from the house, you can choose between Ruscumunoc beach and Charrettes beach for swimming or fishing. The Pointe du Corsen, 800m away, offers magnificent panoramic views of the coast and islands. Hikers will be delighted by the landscapes offered by the GR34, and heritage lovers can discover St Renan, Le Conquet or the St Matthieu lighthouse, and a stopover on Molène or Ouessant will be a must during your stay.
Ideal for 2 couples with its 2 shower rooms, this new house with Sea view is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood 400m from the Beach. The bright living room includes a sitting area with pellet stove (€6 per 15kg bag), ideal in winter for watching the Sea view from the fireplace, a comfortable dining area and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The 1st bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm and 90x200cm), while the second bedroom has 1 double bed (140cm x 190cm). There are 2 shower rooms, 1 with WC, a separate WC and a laundry room. When the weather's nice, you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with a view of the islands. Garage available for 1 vehicle. The house is equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic Internet box. In the garage, the Holiday cottage is equipped with a 3.7kW "GREEN'UP ACCESS" reinforced and secure socket (invoiced according to meter reading).

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte idéalement situé en Bretagne, à quelques pas seulement de la mer. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait : au calme, tout en étant à proximité immédiate des plages et des sentiers côtiers. à dix minutes à pieds vous pouvez aussi visiter le phare Trézien.
Le gîte en lui-même est confortable et bien équipé. Rien ne manque : cuisine fonctionnelle, terrasse agréable pour les repas en extérieur… On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Encore merci à Matthieu pour son accueil.

Superbe séjour à la Pointe de Corsen, dans le gîte Ty Zenig, très confortable et bien équipé.
Excellent accueil, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et de très bons échanges avec Matthieu, le propriétaire.
Gîte idéalement placé près du GR34 pour de longues balades le long des falaises, sous un soleil magnifique.

Catha Merveilleuses Vacances
Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund. Matthieu hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind richtig schön und es fehlt an nichts.

PC Séjour en Finistère
Quelques jours très agréables dans une maison très bien située près de la mer, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, très confortable (nous avons apprécié en particulier le soin apporté à la qualité de literie), avec un accueil et le soutien bien agréable de nos hôtes en cas de difficulté.
