This villa is ideally located for hikers, with the GR 34 nearby, and for kitesurfers and windsurfers, the Sainte-Marguerite spot is the place to be, with its fine sandy beaches.
Don't miss the port of Aber-Wrac'h, with its nautical center, bike and kayak rentals, arts and crafts, the Baie des Anges abbey, the semaphore with its exhibitions and exceptional viewpoint.
Gourmets will appreciate the Breton gastronomy with its fish ponds, restaurants and crêperies.
Open-air playground and fitness area 200m from the gîte.
Facing La Digue, between Aber Wrac'h and Dunes Ste Marguerite, within walking distance of the sea, luxury villa completely renovated in 2023, with 1000m² enclosed garden and semi-rigid outdoor SPA. On the ground floor, there's a lovely fully-equipped kitchen with central island opening onto the living room and lounge, a master suite with dressing room, a shower room with large Italian shower and vanity unit, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a toilet and a storeroom with laundry room and sink. Upstairs, a travel-inspired bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200, desk and dressing table, a vintage-style bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, and a relaxation room with BZ. Outside, lovely landscaped garden with several terraces, private indoor parking for 3 cars, walled garden with electric gate and fencing, and garden shed for bikes, windsurfers etc. Green Up terminal (3.7KW) for electric vehicles available outside, billed by meter.

Wandelaars Heel comfortabel huis bij de prachtige abers
Liefdevol gerestaureerd huis, voorzien van alle moderne gemakken. Mooi uitzicht over de baai en een heerlijke tuin. Wij kwamen om een stuk gr34 te wandelen en dat was prachtig. Tip supergoede bakker in Landéda! Buitengewoon gastvrije ontvangst, echt een aanbeveling dit hus en deze plek. Ook goede surf en kitesurf mogelijkheden vlakbij

Les propriétaires sont accueillants, de bon conseil et disponibles.

Cyclistes Ty La Digue
Das Haus bietet wirklich jeglichen Komfort, ist mit viel Liebe zu Details eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr groszügig ausgestattet,der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und die Eigentümer sind ausgesprochen freundlich und nett. Ich habe eine Jacke vergessen: sie haben mich sofort kontaktiert und die Jacke problemlos nachgeschickt.
Ausserdem ist die Gegend um Landeda einfach nur fantastisch, vorallem auch mit dem Fahrrad.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Landéda.
Ce gîte, situé dans un environnement très calme, est très agréable à vivre, spacieux, confortable et offre une très belle vue sur la Digue.
Il est très bien équipé tant à l'intérieur que pour ses espaces extérieurs.

3MRBAS Petit paradis de l'Aber Wrac'h
Gîte très bien équipé, confortable et très agréable, aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Le petit plus : le jacuzzi dans le jardin. A 15 minutes à pied d'une belle plage de sable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sensibles au confort des locataires. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
