In the heart of the Bigouden region, in Loctudy, in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be ideally located to enjoy the pleasures of the seaside and the many tourist sites less than 15 minutes away by car.
You'll fall under the spell of this stone house, renovated with respect for its original features: hemp-lime insulation, terracotta floor tiles, wood parquet flooring, natural paintwork, exposed stonework, yet bright and functional. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with storeroom, a large living room with a cosy sitting area near the wood-burning stove and imposing granite fireplace, and a dining room. The 1st bedroom is on the ground floor, large and bright, with private shower room and toilet, and 2 twin beds 80cmX200cm. Upstairs you'll find a mezzanine ideal for reading or playing games (possibility of 1 additional double bed), while the second bedroom has 1 double bed (140x190cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the first floor. Outside, enjoy a quiet lunch on the terrace or relax in the shade of the garden on one of the deckchairs.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. L'aménagement est parfait, rien ne manque pour notre confort. Nous avons apprécié le côté pratique et fonctionnel du gîte. le quartier est très calme. nous avons pu goûter sans modération les produits du jardin.
