Spacious and bright, this 18th-century character house was completely renovated in 2015 using environmentally-friendly materials (hemp lime walls, a rainwater recovery system, a thermodynamic water heater, a wood-burning stove...) Decorated in a country spirit where the chosen colors bring calm and serenity, the living room opens onto a large south-facing terrace and a private garden. The first floor comprises a large living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. A wooden extension includes a storeroom, separate toilet and covered carport. 1st floor: a bedroom for 2 people (bed 140), a bedroom for 2 people (bed 160 or 2x 80), a relaxation area and library, a bathroom with shower and separate WC. 2nd floor: large attic bedroom with 2 single beds (120).
