At the foot of the old town of Pont Croix, a small medieval city of character, this luxury apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable, and boasts a lovely covered terrace with a magnificent view of the Goyen and the woods, as the tides go by. You can walk to the main square with its restaurants, Thursday market, organic grocery store and other shops, and discover the charm of the steep streets. Lovely walks along the Goyen. Audierne is 4 kms away: its port, the pier for the Ile de Sein, the beaches, and the road that will take you to the famous Pointe du Raz, du Van and the Baie des Trépassés...
In a 6-unit residence, apartment for 4/6 people on 3 levels. First floor: entrance with large cupboards and checkroom, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140x190) and private shower room, one of which overlooks the Goyen river and reed beds, wc. On the 1st floor, a lovely, light-filled room with a view of the pretty "cité de Caractère" of Pont Croix and its collegiate church, on one side, and a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with access to a large 22m² covered terrace, a toilet and washbasin. On the top floor, a mezzanine under the attic, also bright with a view down to the living room and the river or the stars, with 1 double bed 160x200 and office space. The terrace features garden furniture with 2 sun loungers and electric barbecue. Private parking sheltered by the terrace.

Paroc Appartement charmant
Résidence vraiment bien aménagée, intérieur charmant avec terrasse.
A l'arrivée, l’environnement, bâtiments voisins et parking pas très encourageant mais, on retrouve vite le sourire en voyant la résidence au fond du parking !Peux recevoir 6 personnes mais, de préférence en été car, pas de table suffisamment grande à l'intérieure, repas en terrasse . . .

Ce séjour à été Formidable, tout commence par un accueil exceptionnel par le propriétaire, avec l’historique du lieu, la visite de l’appartement et ses petites attentions de bienvenue. Puis il vous montre la carte de la région avec les points clefs à visiter. L’appartement est complet il ne manque rien. La vue est formidable et le calme est là. Le village est à visiter et il y a toutes ce que l’on a besoin pour un séjour, commerces, restaurants, visites… Il est très facile de se garer sous l’appartement. Si vous avez besoin de quelques avis le propriétaire vous répond rapidement, et toujours avec le sourire. Je recommande fortement ce lieu. Encore un grand merci pour tout au propriétaire.
