This 126 m2 single-storey gîte is ideal for 4 people and a baby. Admire the magnificent sunsets, the calm and the sea view over Morlaix Bay, Roscoff harbor and Batz Island. Take advantage of the supervised Primel Trégastel beach 1.2 km away, with its bars, restaurants and crêperies. Shops in the village center 1.5 km away. The house comprises a large living room of approx. 70 m2, with kitchen opening onto 2 lounges. A terrace overlooking the countryside with SPA, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs for sunbathing or lazing in peace and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. First living room with TV sofa and wood-burning fireplace. A second living room with corner sofa and pellet stove. The 2nd terrace faces the Bay of Morlaix and features a wooden forest table.

You'll enjoy 2 lovely terraces, one south-west with the Spa and access to the garden with an unobstructed view of nature, and the other with a Sea view over Morlaix Bay, Batz Island and Roscoff harbor.
