Enter via rue des Courtils (parking 50m away) into a hall leading to a small study with balcony overlooking the Goyen. A 1bedroom 2p (160x200) with private bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. A twin-bedded room with 2 single beds (80x200) and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the garden level, you'll find a bright living room with bow window, comprising a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a toilet, a laundry room and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room. Outside, you'll enjoy the large 480 m2 garden, fully enclosed (walls and railings), garden furniture and barbecue. There's also a garage for motorcycles, bicycles, etc.

Magnifique maison, idéalement située à côté du petit village de Pont-Croix. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, une superbe terrasse avec une très belle vue, rien ne manque. L'accueil du propriétaire sur place est top.

Nous avons passé 10j très cool dans ce gîte. Nous avons été bien accueilli, le gîte est moderne, fonctionnel avec une très belle vue. Le village est sympa et la région magnifique. Nous referons.

We had a lovely stay at this gite. It is well located close to the village for local shops and easy reach of beaches and other places to visit in the area.
