Former janitor's cottage for Locquéran castle, ideally located 500m from Audierne harbor. It has been entirely renovated using natural materials: stone, wood, lime and hemp. Its location makes it easy to walk to the shops and the sea. From the gîte, you can follow the many hiking trails in the area, as well as the famous GR34 coastal path. The house is located close to Audierne, so you can take a day trip to the island of Sein via the nearby pier. In Audierne, you can also visit Aquashow, an aquarium with bird shows that will delight young and old alike. During your stay, a visit to the Pointe du Raz is a must to admire the landscape. You can also visit the Pointe du Van along the Baie des Trépassés.

It's a detached house overlooking the woods, on the heights of Audierne. You'll enjoy the garden with its portico, where children can play while parents relax on the deckchairs. There's also a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue for family gatherings. Inside, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, where you can spend pleasant moments by the fireplace with the wood-burning stove. There's also a toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, you'll find a beamed bedroom with 1 king-size double bed (160X200), a shower room, a toilet and a laundry room. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a bedroom with a ceiling height of 1.80 m, with 2 large single beds (90X200). A covered shelter is also available. A la carte stays for 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 nights.
