Ideally located in Fouesnant, you'll be able to take advantage of all the activities offered by this small seaside resort (blue flag): underwater hunting, fishing, kayaking, sailing and kite surfing, and explore the whole of Finistère: Bénodet: its thalasso and casino, Quimper: city of arts and history, its cathedral, its pedestrian streets, Concarneau: its walled city with its beaches, Port la Forêt, etc. You can embark on a speedboat to visit the Glénan Islands, with its world-renowned nautical center, or take a cruise on the Odet to Quimper. Nearby are the beaches of Mousterlin, numerous footpaths and a protected natural area (the Mousterlin marshes, classified as a Natura 2000 zone).

500m from the white sandy beaches, detached house with enclosed garden. On the first floor, you enter through the wooden extension (laundry room) into the living area. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the bright living room. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace in winter. A shower room with toilet is perfect for those returning from the Beach. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms: the first with a king-size bed (160x200), the second with 1 double bed and the third with 2 single beds. A spacious bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor, an attic recreation room. Outside, you'll enjoy the enclosed garden (1.80 m ungrilled embankment) and the wooden terrace with garden furniture for summer barbecues.
