On the first floor, it features an open-plan fitted kitchen with its eat-in peninsula, and a warm, personalized living room. Access to a small, unoverlooked garden enclosed by high stone walls, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a hammock, and to an outbuilding with laundry and storage for bikes, fishing, etc. Served by a lovely interior wooden staircase, a half-landing toilet; on the 1st floor, a lovely bedroom with a 140x190 double bed; a small south-facing open-plan office-dressing area; a bathroom with bath and vanity unit; then on the 2nd floor, an attic bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140x190 double bed and a relaxation area. Tito-Zino Charmante maison près du centre-ville
Nous avons séjourné 10 nuits dans cette maison, très charmante et très bien équipée.
Le centre-ville de Landerneau est à quelques minutes à pied et proche de nombreux commerces. Le jardin à l'arrière de la maison est également très agréable et très bien entretenu, ce qui permet de se reposer en toute tranquillité.

Jérémy Confortable et idéalement située
La maison est idéalement située pour rayonner autour ainsi que pour profiter de Landerneau (commerces, restaurants, jeux enfants, promenades etc.). Possibilité de se garer juste devant, garage couvert pour les vélos, elle aura été très pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son confort ainsi que le très joli jardin clos !

Anne Belles vacances
Un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui a été disponible et de bons conseils pour les visites. Le logement est très agréable avec son extérieur, les enfants avaient leur espace, proche des commerces et des animations du centre. De belles vacances!
