The Ile Tudy peninsula is located near Pont-l'Abbé, opposite Loctudy, close to Bénodet and 20 km from Quimper. Our house is 50 m from the Sillon beach and Ile Tudy harbor. Once a real island, this charming old fishing village is the perfect place to discover all that Brittany has to offer: walks, water sports, gastronomy, heritage and fishing.

This vacation home is located 50m from the Beach, in the heart of the seaside resort of Ile Tudy. You'll love the house's contemporary decor, its 2 terraces and the magnificent Godin stove that will warm your winter evenings. The living area includes a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area bathed in light thanks to the bay window, and a cosy lounge. A shower room with walk-in shower and toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180cmx200cm) and a bedroom with 2 twin single beds (90cmX190cm), and a separate toilet. On the landing, a living room with library and games area. Additional bed available at extra cost. For breakfasts in the sun, use the street-side terrace, and for barbecues or deckchairs, the 20m² south-facing garden terrace is ideal.
