Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. A large enclosed garden (hedges or fence and gate). A garage with shower for returning from the Beach, storage space for bicycles and water sports equipment but not a car, a summer kitchen with gas stove, sink, cookware and plancha opening onto the terrace.
