After having welcomed numerous guests in its party room, this former bar is now a magnificent house renovated by the owners and an interior decorator, to keep all its charm and offer you great comfort. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, you'll enjoy the house with its 2000 m² garden and year-round heated swimming pool. Situated on the road between Landudec and Pont-Croix, a pretty village of character above the Goyen, you'll soon be in Audierne to set sail for the Ile de Sein. Discover also the Pointe du Raz, classified as a "Grand site de France", the large Market at Pont L'Abbé, the port of Douarnenez, Quimper with its old streets and cathedral, and the whole of South Finistère.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright, stone-walled living room with access to the wooden terrace, a shower room with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, the hallway leads to 2 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 king-size twin beds (180x200), a small bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bathroom with shower, bath, vanity unit and changing unit, and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, via a miller's staircase, you'll find a spacious attic bedroom with 2 twin 1-person Queen-size beds (160x200). The private indoor swimming pool (4m x 7m x 1.40m) is heated all year round to 29.5° and secured by an electric shutter. It communicates directly with the living room. Possibility of renting to 7 people (no extra charge).
