It's semi-detached but very independent, with its own private enclosed garden and covered terrace (large wooden garden table, small outdoor lounge...), as well as a large wooded park that's sure to delight children with its tree house, swing and slide. Ideally located in central western Finistère, in the Iroise Marine Park, in the Bay of Douarnenez. Close to Locronan, the Crozon peninsula and the Pointe du Raz, a region that has preserved its authenticity and wild coastline. At Plomodiern, with its 3 sandy beaches, you can relax, swim, go fishing or take part in water sports: windsurfing, sand yachting, kitesurfing, and a water sports center with surf, sea kayak and wave-ski schools. At the gateway to the Armorique regional park, this former railway station has been renovated with great care and quality materials into very comfortable gîtes. Made entirely of granite and local stone, the former platforms have been converted into south-facing terraces. The gîte boasts 75m2 of living space and 3m high ceilings. On the ground floor, after passing through the hall with its dressing room, you enter the living room with its open-plan kitchen, living room and sitting room with wood-burning stove. Separate toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed (140x200) on the mezzanine, a second bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180x200) divisible into 2 single beds (90x200), and a bathroom with toilet. Liliane Calme, confort et joli jardin
Hébergement agréable, fonctionnel et spacieux tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Également beaucoup de cachet avec un joli jardin sans vis à vis et une terrasse abritée … un endroit qu’on quitte avec regret.
