The house is located 300 meters from the magnificent bay of Goulven, in a hamlet typical of turn-of-the-century Breton farmhouses, where pleasant strolls are guaranteed. A little further on, 1km away, you can enjoy the magnificent beaches of Keremma. Numerous water sports (sand yachting, windsurfing, kit-surfing, paddleboarding, diving....) are within easy reach. A ten-minute drive will take you to the large Spadium swimming pool in Lesneven, which offers a range of leisure facilities (including a fun aquatic area for the little ones), or to the casino in Plouescat. Gîte located in a complex of 5 gîtes next to the owners' house and its vegetable and cattle farm, close to the D10. On the ground floor you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room with a sitting area and a fireplace, wc. You'll love the wooden beams and exposed stone walls. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom where you can watch the tides, a king-size bed (160x200) that will be made up on your arrival - you don't need to bring your own sheets - and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you'll find a garden and terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue for barbecuing.
