Located in a residential area of Lannilis, this detached house offers all the comforts you need for your vacations.
On the first floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen opening onto a bright living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A small garage completes this space, with washing machine, tumble dryer, table soccer and sauna for your moments of relaxation.
Upstairs, the house has a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, sitting area and TV, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bed 90x190, as well as a bathroom and separate WC.
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with trellis, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and private Spa.
The Spa is included in the price of your stay in July and August; for the rest of the year, a supplement of €80 per stay is charged. The Spa is closed from October 1 to March 31.
