Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a large living room with kitchenette and dining-living area (decorative fireplace), separate toilet, laundry/storage room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190)(1 double bed 140x190)(2 single beds 90x190), a bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet. Gîte adjoins a year-round rental and office space. Private enclosed garden with paved driveway, lawn, gazebo and enclosed well. Private tarmac parking opposite the gîte. In winter, heating charge of €10/day payable on site.
