On the outskirts of Tréguier, a pretty town full of character, you'll stay in pleasant, well-appointed accommodation with a sheltered terrace and relaxing lounge when you return from your visits. Discover the Gallo-Roman bridge at Lanmérin, the aqueduct at Minihy-Tréguier or the meandering landscapes at Plouguiel. But for beach lovers, the sea isn't far away! Just 10 km away are the magnificent beaches of Trestel and Pors Hir. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to visiting the many tourist attractions, with the famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec 20 km to the west and Paimpol and its port 19 km to the east.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen-living room, lounge, shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and the other bedroom with toilet, including 2 beds 90x190. 70 m² enclosed gravel courtyard and 15 m² terrace. Attached garage for bikes, motorcycles or nautical equipment, with laundry area. Car parking in front of the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber.

cglm excellent gîte calme et pratique
Gîte très calme un peu à l'écart de la ville tout en offrant l'accès aux services de Treguier (port, vieille ville, magasins, supermarché...) à 5 mn. Équipement très complet pour cuisiner interieur ou extérieur (plancha, bbq). Accueil impeccable et sympathique. Un bon plan sir le secteur.

Les motards du Mans Parfait séjour
Propriétaire très sympathique (en plus des galettes bretonnes et bouteille de cidre offertes à notre arrivée). Le gite est très propre , tout est neuf , très fonctionnel.
Pratique la salle d'eau avec toilettes à l'étage.
Tout le matériel est présent.
Gite très calme et bien situé (très belles ballades à moto).

A delightful cottage. Comfortable and well equipped. Extremely clean with owner meeting you as you arrive. Great outdoor spaces to eat relax, even play. Overlooks the Guindy valley, beautiful view from kitchen window. 3KM from Treguier which is a lovely and interesting town with several eating options. Super U also not far away. Liz and I will visit again as there is still lots to see in the area particularly the pink granite coastline. Wew also felt very relaxed. Thank you Dominique(owner).

L’accueil a été très sympathique.
La maison a été complètement refaite et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour reposant!
Les deux toilettes au rdc et à l’étage près des chambres sont un must!
Tréguier est un bourg de caractère très proche, très animé avec tous les commerces utiles.
La région est superbe et les buts de promenade nombreux.
Les marchés sont magnifique et celui de Penvenan particulièrement intéressant pour les légumes, la charcuterie et les volailles.

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région Paimpol, Perros Guirrec, Ile de Brehat, Plougrescant où nous nous avons fait de belles ballades ...
