Ideal vacation rental 2 km from the sea, this tastefully renovated gîte is located in a cul-de-sac 200 m from Plougrescant village and its shops. You'll appreciate the enclosed garden where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The first thing to do when you come to Plougrescant is to visit the Gouffre site! A remarkable site with the GR34 running along its shores, many hikers like to stop off here. For heritage and restaurants, Tréguier, a small town full of character, is just 8.5 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: Entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room, separate toilet with washbasin and access to the garage used as a laundry room and storage for bikes and nautical equipment (windsurfers, paddles, etc.). First floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190, bathroom with shower and toilet. Large 140 m² enclosed courtyard at the front of the gîte, with parking for two cars, and at the rear, the 350 m² enclosed relaxation garden with 30 m² wooden terrace. A ping-pong table is available just for you, for the pleasure of organizing small competitions with family or friends.

    Idéal pour découvrir la côte de granit rose

    Gite tout confort, très bien équipé (tout le nécessaire en très bon état de fonctionnement) et décoré avec soin.
    Nombreux livres et jeux de société à disposition.

    Propriétaire très sympathique et très réactive. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le lave-vaisselle et moins de 24 heures après, un nouveau lave-vaisselle était installé.

    Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la côte de granit rose. Proche de nombreuses activités et de la plage. Nombreuses balades à proximité.

    Belle semaine

    Chouette séjour sur la presqu'île de Plougrescant. Accueil chaleureux. Maison confortable, avec un beau jardin clos et au calme. On trouve de tout au village, boulangerie, épicerie, marchés, pharmacie. Le GR n'est pas loin et permet de nombreuses ballades côtières. Je recommande. De plus il y fait beau plusieurs fois par jour.

    Excellent séjour

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien situé au calme dans le bourg du village et à moins de 20 min à pied des plages (5 min en voiture). Il est très agréable avec une grande pièce de vie et un très beau jardin sans vis à vis.
