Just 50 m from La Banche beach, this comfortably furnished and well-equipped house will be a superb address to reserve for anyone wishing to stay in Binic, a qualified seaside resort -Le Grain de Beauté des Côtes d'Armor! In less than 2 minutes, you can be lounging on the beach, children can enjoy a playground right next door, you can even play boules or pétanque, and best of all, you can do it all on foot: access the shops right next door, reach the quays lined with bars and restaurants, go to the sheltered Avant Port beach, go hiking on the coastal paths, enjoy the market every Thursday morning and even get to the gîte by bus from the St-Brieuc train station 13.7 km away! 8.3 km from Saint-Quay Portrieux, a fishing and yachting port, 35 km from Paimpol, a corsair town, and 40 km from the pier to the island of Bréhat.

Logement très agréable et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Une bouteille de cidre et des madeleines bretonnes nous attendaient. Endroit calme. À recommander

HELAND super séjour à Binic
Tout fût parfait (même le soleil était là)
L'accueil fort sympathique, la générosité, les diverses attentions des propriétaires, pour notre bien-être.
Le gîte, où rien ne manque, est confortable, agréable avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée, et bien sùr sa situation très proche de la plage, du port, des commerces, des restos.....
Binic est bien le "grain de beauté des Côtes d'Armor" !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.
Attentifs à nos demandes touristiques, ils ont été bienveillants et soucieux de répondre à nos attentes et curiosités.
Le logement était parfait, très propre et idéalement situé par rapport à la plage mais aussi les commerces et office du tourisme.
