In the very heart of the Côtes d'Armor, a nugget! Comfortable, modern and friendly, Céline and Jean Michel have thought of every detail to ensure your stay is second to none. Their principle: to do exactly what they'd like to find elsewhere by going as a double family. So: pack your swimsuits, a small drive for the fridge and off you go ... relaxation and idleness in Quintinais country. Among your local escapades, the most important will be to explore Quintin, 6 km away, and its nooks and crannies: basilica, castle, lake, rampart gates, museum, park, restaurants and ... the Tuesday morning market. Its "Petite Cité de Caractère" status suits it perfectly. In 2022, 20km from Saint-Brieuc, the town was chosen as Brittany's "Village Préféré des Français". The result was a fine 3rd place in the final! Many hiking trails criss-cross the area. A must at 14 km: the Chaos du Gouët, magical landscapes!

Superbe vacances en famille
5/5Je décerne à ce logement une note de 6/5 pour la qualité du logement, ses équipements, sa décoration, sa piscine chauffée. Il est vraiment difficile de faire mieux ! Et sans oublier l’extrême bienveillance des propriétaires. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé de superbe vacances en famille! :)

5/5Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille (10 personnes) dans cette très belle maison neuve.
Maison hyper bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien au confort du quotidien.
La piscine, est à 29°c température idéale pour ne pas avoir froid.
Je recommande donc à 100%

Un cadre idéal
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte Ty Cohély. Une maison très bien équipée (nous avons rarement vu un gîte avec autant de matériels et d'équipements à disposition), très propre et au calme. La piscine a été un vrai plus pour notre séjour. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur confiance et leurs attentions. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir car ce gîte est formidable, on se sent comme à la maison.

5/5Un excellent séjour dans un logement neuf, spacieux, confortable, propre, et bien équipé. Tout a été pensé pour le confort des occupants. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires, le projet est totalement abouti. Vous pouvez réserver sans inquiétude, tout est conforme aux photos.

5/5Par ou commencer, tellement ce gîte nous a époustouflé du début à la fin ?
Un accueil très agréable par la propriétaire. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin et disponible à la moindre demande.
Nous n'avions jamais vu une location aussi bien équipé (en quantité et en qualité surtout), on ne manque absolument de rien, tout est tellement bien pensé dans le moindre détail, la décoration est tout simplement sublime...
Nous avons vraiment passée une magnifique semaine, la région est très belle, je recommande très vivement la randonnée au Chaos du Gouet.
La ville de Quintin à 5 minutes est très agréable, vivante et avec tous les commerces dont nous avons besoin.
