Set in a residential area, this spacious, nicely renovated Breton villa is a great address for your next Sea vacation! The setting is relaxing, and its main asset is its proximity to the Sea, just 600 m away. Families with young children will appreciate the little-frequented Keryvon Beach, around 1 km away, where at low tide, kids love to splash around in the puddles and fish for crabs! If you prefer the great outdoors, the beach at Landrellec, Pleumeur Bodou's main beach, is 2.5 km away: it's part of a protected natural site, facing numerous islets: a complete change of scenery! Golf lovers will be delighted: the entrance to the Saint Samson Golf course is just 1.7 km away. 2 km from Parc du Râdome (leisure park with Cité des Télécom, planetarium and Gallic village). 5 km from Trégastel and its Sea Forum, 9 km from Perros Guirec, 11 km from Lannion.

Seepferdchen Schnuckeliges Feriendomiziel
Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen, ruhig und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Hochwertige Ausstattung, sogar Kamin, Trockner/ Waschmaschine vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet.
Ein großes Grundstück mit Tennisplatte und Schaukel für Kinder ist vorhanden.
Leider sind die Anweisungen für das Haus nur auf Französisch. Wenigstens Englisch wäre ganz nett. Dank unserer französisch/ deutschsprachigen Freunde ging es.
Denke aber an Gäste, die nicht so gut französisch
können . Ebenso das Fernsehprogramma, außer französischen Sendern nichts anderes vorhanden. Nach langer Suche zwar ein Angebot für deutschsprachige Gäste gefunden- dann hätte man aber ein Abo abschließen müssen- für 14 Tage war uns das zu riskant.
Trotzdem eine tolle Gegend und eine nette Vermieterin.- Cleanliness

Merci pour vos retours sur le la qualité de notre gîte. Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas trouvé le manuel en anglais qui est présent dans le gîte. Pour la télévision une simple demande de votre part et j'aurais pris cet abonnement pour vous. Je suis toujours désolée d'apprendre sur les commentaires que quelque chose aurait pu être amélioré. Je fais toujours au mieux pour les vacanciers quand je suis avertie pendant le séjour que quelque chose nécessite un changement . Au plaisir de vous revoir

Très belle maison décorée avec goût, d’une propreté exemplaire, aucun point négatif à signaler que dire quand tout est parfait
