Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- Raised first floor: kitchen opening onto living room, sitting room, bedroom (1 bed 160x200), wc.
- Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed 80x190, 2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned to form a bed 160x200), another bedroom (1 bed 160x200) including a private bathroom with shower, an independent bathroom with shower, wc.

- Outside:
800 m² enclosed private garden.
Private 5 m² storage room for bicycles, water sports equipment or other items.

- Parking:
At the entrance to the property, in the courtyard shared with the other gîte (100 m²).
