Located in the small town of Plouer/Rance, semi-detached from the owners, beautiful spacious gîte with a sunny garden. Formerly used as a sawmill and cider farm, this house has been in the same family for 5 generations and has recently been transformed into a comfortable home for your vacations. Places to visit: medieval town of Dinan 11 km away and St Malo 23 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom with shower and toilet accessible for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140x190 double beds) decorated in Nordic style, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. 27 m² terrace and lawn. Fully equipped office space for telecommuting.

Het is een mooie plek ,een prachtig huis en fraai gelegen t.o.v. de plaatsen St.Malo ,Dinan, Dinard ,Combourg, en Mont Saint Michel .Wij hebben het daar erg goed gehad

Dee Gite onzaine
We really enjoyed our stay at the gite. The village is well situated for visiting lovely places such as Dinan, St Malo and Dinard.
Plouer itself is very attractive with good walks, especially to the Port.
Had a very good meal at the very friendly Les Causettes, as recommended by Elizabeth.
Gite is in a very pleasant,and peaceful garden. It just felt very French which is what we wanted. Host Elizabeth was very friendly and very helpful.- Cleanliness

Idéalement situé pour les visites touristiques, bénéficiant d'un accueil chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, ce gîte pèche par un manque d'entretien du jardin (pelouse non tondue, mauvaises herbes dans les allées, ...) et par un amoncellement d'objets divers dans la véranda et la grange et devant l'entrée de la maison de la propriétaire, sur lesquels nous avions une vue permanente

Je vous remercie pour votre avis et prends bien note de vos remarques.
La semaine suivant votre séjour a été plus clémente et a permis la tonte des pelouses.
Quant à la présence de bandes enherbées sur les côtés et au milieu des allées, il s'agit là d'un choix délibéré. En effet, depuis 12 ans cette propriété n'a reçu aucun pesticide ni herbicide. -

Très belle région riche en patrimoine, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le gite est confortable et fonctionnel. les commerces et marché à proximité sont excellents.
