Ideally located right in the middle of the Costarmoricain coastline, this new, comfortable Holiday cottage, designed by Hervé and Magali, welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting, classified as a protected area, renowned for its biodiversity and prized by birdwatchers and hikers alike. Not only is relaxation the order of the day here, but the GR34 is just 20 m from the gate, as are the Vélomaritime and the first beaches just a few minutes away in neighboring communes.
Enjoy the nearby Crêperie and Bistrot des Grèves. All the shops are just 5 minutes away, and the RN12 is just 2 km away. The lively, authentic port of Le Légué and the historic center of Saint Brieuc are just 8 km away.
The Côtes de Goëlo and Côtes de Penthièvre are also within easy reach, with flagship resorts such as Pléneuf Val André and Saint Quay Portrieux.

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:
- a living room-kitchen with connected TV and sofa bed,
- a shower room (large shower and washbasin),

Upstairs, via metal staircase :
- a Sea-side bedroom with 1 x 160x200 double bed and a sitting area overlooking the sea,
- another bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200, which can be twinned on request,
- toilet with washbasin.

- private terrace of approx. 50 m², fully equipped (including electric plancha),
- large shared garden with trees, orchard and henhouse (2 hens),
- private parking space in front of garden gate.
