Enjoy exceptional views from the garden over the Trieux estuary and the famous Bréhat archipelago. Holiday cottage in the wing of a Breton manor house, 500 m from the Sea, 3 km from Pleubian and 8 km from Paimpol. Situated between the Trieux river and the Sillon de Talbert, facing the Ile de Bréhat.
Your single-storey vacation rental includes: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), bathroom with bath, wc. Courtyard and lawn.
This manor house, set on a two-hectare estate, also includes two other apartments, a Holiday cottage and the owner's home.
On the first floor of the manor house: a gaming room shared by all the apartments.

Laouen Séjour inoubliable au coeur de ce beau manoir
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce gite situé dans le manoir de La Ville Neuve un joyau du XVIIe face à l ile de Brehat et son archipel d'ilots. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été émerveillés par le panorama grandiose qui s'offre à nous avec des levers de soleil à couper le souffle.
Le gite en lui même est un havre de paix confort et authenticité.Les espaces sont vastes décorés avec gout et équipés de tout ce dont on peut rêver pour un séjour réussi.
Le propriétaire, Michel, est d'une courtoisie rare très accueillant , disponible et toujours prêt à partager de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.La situation géographique est idéale : à deux pas des sentiers GR et des sites touristiques majeurs.
En résumé excellent séjour dans un cadre d'exception alliant charme, confort et nature préservée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous les amoureux de la Bretagne et de ses trésors cachés.- Cleanliness
