In the Pays du Méné, in the heart of the Trémoreloise countryside, Annie and Hérick welcome you for your vacations.
On this property, nestled in the woods, you'll be able to rest and wander easily across three of our Breton departments (Côtes d'Armor, Ille et Vilaine and Morbihan).
In the south, you'll be enchanted by the Forêt de Brocéliande and the abbey church of Paimpont, just 27 km away, as well as Josselin and Moncontour, towns of character 33 km away. Also to be discovered 30 km from Iffendic: the Vallon de la Chambre au Loup and Lac de Trémelin (hiking/walking, accrobranch activities, beach, restaurant, etc.).
Gîte also located 40 min from : Rennes, Saint Brieuc and the superb medieval city of Dinan on the banks of the Rance.

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor :
a living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 shower room (shower and basin), 1 separate toilet.
First floor:
2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 and 1 double bed 160x200), 1 bathroom (corner bath, double washbasin and wc).
Courtyard side: 32 m² east-facing terrace.
Enclosed garden: 18 m² west-facing terrace overlooking lawn (600 m²) and woods.
In the wider area, you'll find another Holiday cottage (10 m away, 22G431602, sleeps 4) with its private 1000 m² pond, all on a vast 6 ha estate.
