Located in a hamlet 1.5 km from both the center of Lancieux and the sea, the owners will be delighted to welcome you to the L'Océane gîte, adjoining another gîte (La Grange - 22G520613).
For a weekly stay, this gîte is the ideal place to explore Lancieux, a seaside resort on the Emerald Coast offering eight beaches and a multitude of water sports activities. From here, you can explore the region's must-see sites: the corsair city of Saint-Malo (18 km away), the seaside resort of Dinard renowned for its Belle Époque villas (11 km away), as well as the old town of Dinan (20 km away), Mont Saint-Michel (65 km away) and Cap Fréhel (30 km away). Hiking trails are just 300 m from the gîte.

Your vacation cottage, adjoining another Holiday cottage, includes:

A living room with fireplace/insert, the wheelbarrow of wood (10 logs) is payable on site.

    Gite très agréable

    Gite très agréable et confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel. Au calme.
    Joli petit jardin, qui permet de profiter du soleil breton pour prendre les repas.
    A 5 min en voiture du centre de Lancieux et des plages. Chemin agréable pour se promener à quelques minutes à pied.
    Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles.
    Pas de frais supplémentaires d'électricité nous concernant (la météo était très clémente, donc nous n'avons pas chauffé).

    Très bon logement

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lancieux. Proche de la mer et des villes à visiter. Concernant le logement, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nathalie avec qui la discussion est facile et arrangeante.
    La maison est très bien équipée, propre, la petite cours de derrière mais également devant nous a permis de venir avec notre chien sans problème.

    Attention cependant de bien prendre en compte qu'il y a un forfait d'électricité et les dépassements seront facturés en plus. En cette période de froid cela peut vite faire grimper la facture... mais c'est tout à fait normal car cela sensibilise les locataires.

    Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

    Un gîte au top !

    Une location très bien située, dans un cadre agréable, spacieuse, calme, très propre et très confortable. Rien à redire, l'accueil a été chaleureux et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons sans doute
