600m on foot and 1km by car from Les Sables d'Or and the GR34, between Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel, you'll be accommodated in a contemporary-style gite with independent access, close to two other gites and adjoining the owners' house. This comfortable, stone and wood-built gîte is set in 7,000 m² of shared grounds planted with flowers and trees. Honorary and departmental prize for the 6600 m² grounds. 30 m² south-facing terrace.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with kitchen and separate lounge, wc. Upstairs, accessible via a covered staircase located outside the house: 1 bedroom (1 x 140/190 bed and 1 x 90/190 bed) with private shower room and separate toilet, shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating included in rental price. Everything is included.

Nous avons eu de bons vacances dans cette maison. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le jardin est super beau, et quand on a des enfants, ils peuvent bien jouer! Propriétaires très gentils. Nous voudrons bien revenir.

Bel endroit, très beau jardin paysager, manque de documents sur les visites, les commerces, les marchés, ...
Région très jolie, le gîte est agréable, au calme. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de barbecue.;

Gîte très agréable, très propre, la décoration, la terrasse, le jardin, tout est parfait!
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bienveillants.

Marie une semaine idéale
On remarque que le proprietaire a pensé à tout pour que nous passions une bonne semaine. L'équipement aussi bien à l'intérieur que sur la terrasse est complet, rien ne manque.le gite est très calme, avec vue sur un magnifique jardin.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte situé dans un parc magnifique créé et entretenu par la propriété.
