Beautiful, typical half-timbered house in the heart of Moncontour, a small town full of character. Thanks to the spirit of the house and the care taken by the owners in decorating and furnishing, you'll feel the history and atmosphere of this medieval town. Everything is within walking distance during your stay: small shops, restaurants and entertainment during certain events and festivities. Stroll through the medieval architecture of the streets, and on your return, enjoy a bucolic garden, tended by the owners, who will graciously share with you the harvests of the vegetable garden. Lamballe 16km, Saint-Brieuc 22km. For holidaymakers arriving by train, the owner can arrange to pick you up at Saint-Brieuc or Lamballe station.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a fitted kitchen with dining area, a living room, a laundry room and an independent toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and access to a shower room with toilet. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine. Outside, a beautiful garden with trees and flowers, a small vegetable garden and aromatic plants. Parking available on the street in front of the house, or 50m down the road in a garage.
