Nestled between land and sea, in a farmhouse, superb accommodation for 8 people, adjoining the owners' home, with separate entrance. Located 2.5 km from the village, 12 km from Plancoët, Lamballe and Matignon. Within 15 to 20km of St Cast le Guildo, Pleneuf Val Andre, Erquy, les Sables d'Or. 40km from Dinard.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchenette and sitting area, 1 bedroom 1 bed 160X200, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Underfloor heating. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180X200, 4 beds 0.90x1.90). Kids' gaming room, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment (cot, wooden high chair, bathtub, changing table, baby crockery, baby gate). At the front: enclosed courtyard, 1000m² lawn with games and swing, pétanque, basketball, volleyball, soccer goal, small slide, trampoline, sandpit. At the rear: terrace and barbecue.

Tout dans ce gîte est à un niveau d’excellence !
L’accueil et la discrète présence de propriétaires toujours prêts à nous donner les meilleurs conseils pratiques et touristiques…
Le confort d’un gîte spacieux et bien équipé, le calme environnant et un jardin fleuri et joliment paysagé…
Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le grand espace de verdure et les nombreux équipements mis à leur disposition !

Séjour très agréable. Le gîte très bien équipé et les lits fait à l’arrivée, ce qui est fort appréciable.
Nous avons passé trois semaines de vacances en famille dans ce beau gîte au calme.
L’accueil par les propriétaires a été chaleureux et nos interactions toute la période sympathiques et faciles.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour découvrir toute la région. Les marchés et les plages à choisir. Il prend à peine une demie heure en voiture.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! La maison est très confortable pour 8 personnes, très propre et bien équipée.La literie est excellente. Le jardin est super pour les enfants avec des jeux sympa.Claudine nous à très bien accueillie. La région est magnifique.
