The old school in Châtelaudren has definitely taken on a vacation feel! Since 2020, Youmna and Anthony, the owners, have renovated this beautiful building dating from the late 19th century, preserving all its history. The site is now home to two apartments and five Bed and breakfasts.
Among them, the spacious and comfortable "Les Billes" apartment will immerse you in the unique atmosphere of the school of yesteryear.
Ideally located just a stone's throw from the village of Châtelaudren, a small town full of character, with its lake and Le Petit Echo de la Mode museum, now a venue for shows and events.
Every Monday morning, the Place de la République is transformed into a lively Market.
If you prefer the fresh air of the sea, head for the beautiful beaches of the Côte du Goëlo! Just 16 km away, the family-friendly seaside resort of Binic invites you to enjoy the pleasures of the Sea.
15 km from Guingamp (TGV station) and 17 km from Quintin, a charming little town full of character.

Your vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of this former school.
It comprises on the same level:
- A living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed that can be converted into two 80x200 beds
- A bedroom for 1 person with a 140x190 bed
- Separate WC
- A bathroom with shower

- A shared 8.3x4.2 m, 1.45 m-deep swimming pool, chlorine-treated and heated from 01/05 to 15/09, bathrobes and towels included, access from 10am to 8pm, max. 8 pers.
