In the Countryside, in a cul-de-sac leading to the property, this pretty building, comfortably renovated with its contemporary layout, welcomes you all year round for weekly stays or a few nights. For moments of pure relaxation, you'll enjoy a 5-seater Spa and an infrared sauna: even bathrobes are provided! It's hard to leave this setting behind, but the Côte de Goëlo has a lot to offer: the charming Casino beach in St Quay Portrieux (2.8 km) with all its water sports activities (windsurfing, beach volleyball, carousel, mini golf...), a stroll along the fishing and Marina harbors is a must. 4.7 km from Binic, a pretty seaside resort with the Beach de la Banche at the entrance to the resort, opposite the docks. 22 km from St-Brieuc.

We had a lovely stay, the house was very clean and tidy.
Down sides are the hot tub is inside the building with no double doors to open on to the garden. It would be even better if this was outside and would save any condensation and the overwhelming feeling of it being to hot inside.
The area outside the house where the rubbish / recycling bins is not very well lit and if your outside early or late in the evening it’s to dark. The garden isn’t secure which is a disappointment when you have a dog.

Hello, thank you for your reservation and your comments. We have chosen to place the wellness area (Jacuzzi and sauna) indoors so that guests can enjoy it all year round, as in Brittany the weather is nice several times a day (it also rains). For outdoor lighting, we will illuminate the inner courtyard for added comfort. We will also close off the garden so that pets can have more freedom during their stay. Take care. Kenavo.

Turner Great place to stay
This is a great place for a vacation it has every comfort and is only 5 mins from the coast.
I would recommend it for a family holiday. It was very quiet and serine but had all the mod comms.- Cleanliness

Beau logement très bien situé , grand avec tout le nécessaire. Ménage un peu limite alors que la maison est très récente( miettes dans les rainures du canapé, poussières mal faites. Poubelles cuisine non vidées Dommage

Famille DIDOU Séjour estival au gîte l'Ecurie à Plourhan
Excellente communication en amont de notre venue et disponibilité de notre hôtesse Anne dont la qualité d'accueil et de suivi pour quelques ajustement mineurs est à souligner.
Logement confortable et moderne, disposant de toutes les facilités et équipements incluant un jacuzzi et une cabine de sauna.
Si on devait vraiment chercher un élément moins favorable, le seul point serait pour des narines délicates celui d'effluves pas très plaisantes notamment à l'heure de l'apéritif et des repas en extérieur, liée à la présence rapprochée d'un complexe de traitement des rejets d'une porcherie !!- Cleanliness

J. Sauer Schönes Haus - hat alles was man braucht
Tolles Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren 2 Paare mit 2 Hunden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anne hat uns nett empfangen und alles gezeigt.
Die Lager in der Nähe eines Bauernhofes mit Schweinezucht ist nicht ganz optimal, zumal dort nur ein paar Wege für Spaziergänge mit Hund geeignet sind. Dass das Internet währen unseren Aufenthalts fast 10 Tage nicht funktionierte war wohl Pech.
Die Gesamte Gegend der nördlichen Bretagne ist für Hundehalten eher suboptimal, da diese tagsüber an fast allen Stränden und auch in den meisten Parkanlagen nicht erlaubt sind. Den Hundestrand in Saint-Quai-Portrieux kann man nur bei Hochwasser nutzen, da nur obere Teil Sandstrand ist, 1/2 Stunde vor oder nach Hochwasser muss man schon über Steine laufen.- Cleanliness

Bonjour je vous remercie de votre séjour. Le gîte est en effet à la ferme près de mon exploitation. Les plages et la station balnéaire de Saint Quay Portrieux villes devient en effet de plus restrictives avec les chiens. Le soucis techniques avec internet est indépendant de moi car il s'agit d'un soucis de réseau orange qui vous malheureusement touché sur votre séjour et qui a été rétabli depuis. Prenez soin de vous.
