Set in pretty landscaped grounds, this large, fully-renovated farmhouse is now home to L'Echapée and an adjoining Holiday cottage. The owners, who live on the premises, have invested a great deal of time and effort in the work to create a cosy, comfortable little cocoon. As soon as you climb the stairs, the charm begins! You'll enjoy a very spacious, elegant bedroom with a fireplace, warm-toned walls, and a pretty glass roof revealing a lovely shower room with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath for unrivalled moments of Wellbeing. There's even a speaker at your disposal! Just imagine relaxing after a day's walking! The area is very touristy. Starting with the pretty village of La Hisse and its towpath, where you can fish for roach (for a fee). 7 km from Dinan, a medieval town with its old shopping quarters, ramparts, castle and Marina. 21 km from Dinard, 28 km from St-Malo.

Ground floor:
Living room with fitted kitchen, wood-burning stove (wood supplied). The Holiday cottage is heated by a pellet boiler, a modern, high-performance system.
First floor:
1 large bedroom with (1 bed 180x200), a large shower room (Italian shower and whirlpool bath) with products provided and loan of bathrobes.

Fireplace available from October to the end of March.

Private terrace in front of the gîte, large communal area and large covered courtyard with relaxation area, table soccer, ping-pong, darts shared by the 7 small accommodations.
Holiday cottage adjoining l'évasion, also suitable for two people,
