You'll love the spacious interior and the meticulous decor! For your comfort and privacy, a second living room is available on the 2nd floor... View of the port and the Jaudy estuary from every room: in the evening, when you return from your excursions, you can take advantage of the sheltered, south-west-facing courtyard! Very pleasant! The town is very touristy, with its cathedral and restaurants... the region is magnificent: Perros-Guirec and its village of Ploumanac'h, Pleubian and the Sillon du Talbert, the Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol... The beaches of Port Blanc in Penvenan are 10 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a 19 m² courtyard from which you have access to a laundry area with separate toilet. 1st floor: a very large bedroom with plenty of storage space (1 bed 160x200), shower room and separate toilet. 2nd floor: pleasant relaxation area and a very large bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), shower room (Italian shower and wc). Wood-burning stove (1st flambé free of charge), free parking in public parking lot just opposite the house.
