Le Penty is a semi-detached house in a former farmhouse built of Erquy sandstone, comprising 3 gîtes in a verdant, flower-filled setting of over 2000 m². It has its own entrance and independent terrace. It's a typical house with a beautiful fireplace and a private green space at the back of the gîte, accessible via a large bay window. You're 2.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Erquy (capital of the coquille St Jacques) and 5 km from the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André with its golf course, marine spa and casino. You're close to the GR34, various sailing schools and St Pabu beach (surfing, kiteboarding, sand yachting and paragliding). You can also discover the sites of Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel. Ideally located for excursions to Le Mont St Michel (1H30), Ile de Bréhat and the Pink Granite Coast of Perros-Guirec (1 H), Dinan and St Malo (45 mn).

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room, lounge with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 1 master suite (1 bed 180) with en-suite shower room, wc. Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90 in 180), bathroom (bath and wc). WIFI FIBRE access. Common to all gîtes: Games room (table soccer, billiards and table tennis), outdoor games (swing and trampoline). Surfboards available on request.
