Erquy pink sandstone farmhouse comprising two adjoining gîtes fully renovated in 2010, close to the owners' farm and not overlooked. You'll appreciate the gîte's interior features and harmonious color scheme. Take advantage of your stay to discover Erquy, with its sandy beaches and port 4 km away. The seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André is 7 km away. Magnificent Cap Fréhel at 12 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen, utility room, living room with stove, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 and 4 single beds 90x200), bathroom with bath, wc. 600 m² shared courtyard and grounds. Private terrace and small garden 90 m². Open-air games available, to be shared with the 2-person gîte (soccer goal, swing, shuffleboard).

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement dans un gîte authentique et confortable, où nous avons passés une semaine des plus agréables et calme. A notre arrivée, de délicates douceurs sucrées nous attendaient en guise de bienvenue : une attention vraiment appréciée.
Rien ne manque dans ce logement. Les extérieurs sont également très agréables et le terrain a l'arrière du gîte a permis à notre chien de courir librement.
Si nous retournons dans cette belle région, ce sera un véritable plaisir de revenir dans ce gîte "LES MARRONNIERS"- Cleanliness
