Ideal for travelling around the department, only 12 km from Saint-Brieuc and 500 m from the town of Plerneuf, gîte adjoining a year-round rental, 200 m from a farm where you can enjoy the large family beach at Les Rosaires, only 10 km away. Binic is 15 km away, nicknamed the "beauty spot" of the Côtes d'Armor, with its beaches and port. For children and adults alike, the Trégomeur Zooparc is 9 km away. Hiking trails around the Gouët dam 6 km away. Suggested walk: stop off at the port of Gwin Zégal, the last port in Plouha to be built on wooden piles.
Your vacation rental comprises on ground floor: living room, sitting room with fireplace (1st flambée offered), fitted kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 bed 160X200, bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le gîte était très propre et très bien entretenu, rien ne manquait. Et la propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de générosité et de gentillesse. Nous gardons l'adresse et nous la remercions vivement !

Lomigaesa Gîte 5 étoiles !
Un gîte comme nous avons rarement loué.
Tout y est prévu, à sa place, il ne manque rien (kit "démarrage" digne d'un camping 4 *: café, thé, sucre, liquide vaisselle, lessive, papier toilettes, essuie-tout...). Le petit plus: le "goûter" de bienvenue (cidre, crêpes et jus d'orange), une attention rare!
Mme LENOIR nous a accueilli, avec gentillesse et attention. Pour qui veut passer un séjour dans le secteur briochin et plus encore, nous validons!- Cleanliness
