On a private, secure, enclosed residential estate bordering the 18-hole Golf de Pléneuf with shared swimming pool from early July to late August, this house built in 2008, adjoining another dwelling, will seduce you with its comfortable interior and refined decoration. Discover the seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André, where Sea, Beach, Casino, Golf and a host of other activities make it a popular holiday destination. A 10-minute walk will take you to the large sandy Beach, accessible via a private path.
On the first floor, your vacation rental comprises a living room opening onto a sheltered terrace, a fitted kitchenette and separate WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, a bathroom with shower and WC. Enjoy the outdoors with a private terrace and access to the residence's heated Piscine, open in July and August. A wooded area in front of the terrace is reserved for all residents. Parking for your vehicle is available in front of the house.

Après un accueil chaleureux en toute simplicité avec nos hôtes nous nous sommes installés dans un autre 'chez nous' car le confort et l'équipement sont au top. Logement très propre, bien entretenu. Une semaine de repos complet dans un environnement sécurisé et très proche des plages.

Noël Vacances a Pléneuf-Val-André
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce superbe gîte, agréable et confortable. Accueil très chaleureux et convivial par Mme et M. Perron (merci pour les jolis cadeaux !). Le gîte est à quelques pas de Pléneuf et de la magnifique Plage des Vallées dans un bel espace clos. La région autour de Pléneuf-Val-André est magnifique avec de belles plages où l'on peut se promener à l'infini. Fortement recommandé!

Lieu charmant dans une résidence avec piscine et proche de belles plages et du Val André. Très pratique car toutes les commodités, et très calme. Proche des caps Fréhel et Erquy qui sont différents et à faire bien sûr. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur sympathie!
