Between the GR34 footpath and the beautiful beach of Trestel, there's no shortage of activities to choose from. Penvenan, with its archipelago coastline and Saturday morning market, will delight your senses. The charm of small towns like Tréguier (10 km) or La Roche Derrien (9 km) is well worth the detour. Of course, the Côte de Granit Rose is a must-see in this area, with Perros Guirec (11 km) and Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, at 18 km. Degemer mat!

First floor:
A large mezzanine leads to 3 bedrooms (1 x 2-person bed 160x200) (1 x 2-person bed 160x200 plus crib) (2 x 1-person beds 90x200), a bathroom with bath and washbasin, WC.

Exterior:
36 m² slate-paved terrace on the south-facing side of the house. Private 220 m² courtyard to the rear of the house for parking and garage entrance.
Lawn garden of 450 m² with children's swing on the gable.
