Réjane welcomes you to an old Erquy pink sandstone farmhouse, 1.5 km from the village and beaches, 20 km from Lamballe.
Quiet, Countryside location, off the beaten track. Direct access to Hiking trails leading down to the large Caroual Beach and the fishing port renowned for its scallops. Opportunity to share the owner's passion for painting, particularly dry pastel and watercolor.

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor :
- kitchen-living room-lounge,
- bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom 1 double bed 160x200,
- 1 bedroom 2 single beds 90x200,
Outside :
1st terrace at the foot of the front door,
2nd terrace in your private garden opposite the Holiday cottage.
Shared courtyard. Outdoor games shared between the 2 Holiday cottages (soccer goal and net + badminton rackets).
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house and a storage barn (bike storage possible).
On the property is another independent Holiday cottage for 4 people (22G351301 - Le Grès Rose).

Très joli gîte au calme , très bien équipé et décoré avec soin et goût . Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire dont nous avons apprécié les talents et conseils avisés d'artiste (peinture pastel).

séjour agréable

A 2 mins de la plage et 5 mins du centre ville de Erquy, le gîte était idéalement placé pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Le gîte est simple mais confortable, le jardin sympa et le calme est idéal pour se reposer. La plage la plus proche est à 2 min en voiture mais il y en à bien d'autres pour profiter de la mer. quant à Erquy, c'est une petite ville sympa comme tout, avec des endroits superbes à visiter et des restos pour profiter! Enfin, l'accueil était chaleureux et notre hôte disponible. Je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Ruhige Tage in liebevoll eingerichteter Unterkunft

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nahe Erquy in liebevoll eingerichteter Haushälfte.
Hier findet man alles für einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub. Um mit dem Fahrrad nach Erquy (und vor allem zurück zu fahren!) empfehle ich ein E-Bike oder richtig gute Beine.
Hier stimmt auf jeden Fall das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Would recommend

We had a lovely stay. The gite was lovely and extremely well equipped. The outside area was very nice and also private. The surrounding area is beautiful with very good cycling. Equay is a nice town with beautiful beaches.
