In the center of Plouha, this former family home will be the ideal address for your next seaside vacation. Whether you're with family or friends, you'll enjoy a spacious house where you can get together easily, enjoy a well-sheltered terrace and relax in the lovely landscaped garden! Its privileged location, just 100 m from all amenities, means you can do your shopping on foot, and take advantage of the Wednesday morning market. From the gîte, take the chemin de St-Jean to reach the Palus beach, less than 2 km away: a beautiful sandy beach set among cliffs, with a children's playground. You'll also appreciate Bonaparte beach, with its historic footprint, alongside the GR 34, which takes you as far as St Quay Portrieux (8.5 km), along the marina, the Comtesse beaches, the casino beach with its seawater pool, and even as far as Binic (11 km). 19 from Paimpol, 24 km from the pier to Ile de Bréhat.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: separate kitchen, living room with fireplace (insert) 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) bathroom (bath) separate toilet. From the living room, access to the first floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 - TV, desk) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 - relaxation area), shower room (shower and wc). From the corridor near the kitchen, another staircase leads upstairs to 1 large bedroom (1 bed 140x190), with no connection to the other bedrooms. 50 m² terrace, 900 m² landscaped garden enclosed by hedges and beach equipment shed.

Plouha Excellent Gîte à Plouha
La maison est très bien placée avec un super jardin et des espaces tranquilles pour se retirer.
L'intérieur, grand, très confortable et chaleureux.
Nous étions 7 personnes et nous avons tous été très très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette belle maison.

jpp gîte très agréable avec 4 chambres
Grand Gîte pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, très bien pour réunion de famille. Le gîte dispose de tout le nécessaire de cuisine + une télévision + lecteur vidéo et lecteur audio. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous mets à l'aise immédiatement. La situation géographique de cette location permet l'accès rapide à des sites remarquables.

Agneau Très bel espace
Très très bon accueil du propriétaire
Très bel espace intérieur (grandes chambres) et extérieur (joli jardin au calme)
avec plusieurs endroits aménagés pour déjeuner ou se reposer à l ombre ou au soleil
Très bon séjour en famille aussi bien pour les jeunes que pour les moins jeunes
L ameublement n est pas moderne mais arrangé avec goût et très bien équipé

Nous sept Super séjour du jour de l'an
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un magnifique gîte vraiment comme à la maison avec un beau jardin fleuri de mimosas vraiment un havre de paix pas de bruit idéal pour bien se reposer et en plus absolument tout à proximité ( centre avec tout ses commerces et proche des endroits touristiques)
Enfin que dire du propriétaire vraiment accueillant et d’une gentillesse incomparable.
Naturellement nous recommandons ce magnifique gîte et gardons bien l’adresse.

weedonald friendly family home
property which was the owners family home, felt comfortable, welcoming and loved.
We really enjoyed our stay. Cooking outside and in was easy. Bedrooms spacious and bright. Lots of books, games, magazines.
Plouha has great beaches for swimming close by. Good walking options. Supermarket and shops a short walk. Market on wednesday with all you could want.
